• All services are currently limited to the contingous US.

• In person consultations are offered in the following cities/states - Chicago & Chicago suburbs, Milwaukee and Madison Wisconsin.

• All appointment times booked are Central Standard Time (US).

Due to the nature of services being provided, a small consultation booking fee is required. This fee will be applied to your customized date. All payments should be made via Paypal or Venmo unless discussed and confirmed otherwise.

Rescheduling, Cancellations & Missed Consultations

• Clients are allowed up to 1 rescheduled appointment for the original service booked (same-day appointments excluded).

• All requests for reschedules must be submitted via email givmedates@gmail.com and will need to be confirmed by Jenny.

• Cancellations are allowed to be made up to 24 hrs before the scheduled appointment time and will be eligible for a full refund. If a client wishes to cancel their appointment, the request must be submitted via email only. Once the request has been received and confirmed by Jenny , a confirmation email will be sent and the refund will be sent back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

• All missed /No Show appointments will forfeit any/all payments made and the client may be subject to being denied future bookings.

• Please note that by choosing to move forward with booking and paying for the service with Give Me Dates this will serve as confirmation that the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
